We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and organised Project Manager to join Free Space Project on a two-year project. You will be working with our small team that supports Arts and Community initiatives within Camden in partnership with Kentish Town and Queens Crescent Health Centres.
We have secured funding from the Baring Foundation to deliver a project titled Creatively Minded and Ethnically Diverse. The project will be an arts and mental health project designed in collaboration with the Somali and Bangladeshi communities at our Queens Crescent Practice. We are ideally looking for someone from an ethnically diverse background for this role.
The job entails working one day a week between mostly between 10am and 6pm. This can be done flexibly if needed. We occasionally hold evening events which you may need to be available for.
It is important that you are happy to be based in the Kentish Town Health Centre, with the Artistic Director and other members of the team when appropriate.
Salary
The salary for this role is £175 per day. You will be working 4 days per month on average. You will need to be registered as self-employed and be responsible for covering your own tax and National Insurance payments.
DBS
Candidates will need a clear enhanced DBS certificate that is within the last 18 months.
