Support Hub Opportunities From Arts & Health Hub

Arts & Health Hub launches the Support Hub

London Arts and Health (LAH) and the Culture, Health and Wellbeing Alliance (CHWA) are really pleased and proud to support Arts & Health Hub (A&HH) in the launch of their new Support Hub.

The Support Hub runs from 2023-2026 and consists of a range of support programmes for artists exploring health in their practice. This includes:

  1. Peer to peer support for artists with lived experience of mental health difficulties.

  2. Professional development groups.

  3. Clinical supervision for artists working in challenging environments.

  4. One-to-one mentoring opportunities for early career artists.

Applications for round 1 which will run from September 2023 – February 2024 are now open.

For each opportunity, click through to the individual pages above.

The deadline for all opportunities in round 1 is 5pm on Friday 7th July 2023. Please note that you can only apply for one opportunity.

Each opportunity has its own Frequently Asked Questions section. If you have questions that are not there then you can contact Arts & Health Hub via  email info@artsandhealthhub.org.

Not only does the Support Hub work to support artist/practitioners through this opportunity but there are also lots of ways to get involved through volunteering on the project. The Support Hub project stemmed from a piece of research that A&HH commissioned in 2021 exploring what support and help artists working in creative health and mental health needed.

Daniel Regan, the Executive Director at A&HH says:

We’re so excited to bring this range of support opportunities to artists exploring health and well-being their practice. It is an opportunity to support a range of artists from diverse backgrounds to consider sustainable ways of working, the support needed to do this valuable work and develop skills and practices.

Apply for the Support Hub now via A&HH website.
