Free well being support for young people
The Otakar Kraus Music Trust and The Wild Mind Project are teaming up to offer a free-of-charge well-being support opportunity to young people aged 16-25, starting Sunday 11th September.
Incorporating nature-based, creative activities and music therapy, the sessions invite young people experiencing stress, depression or other difficulties to join a supportive group. They will be held at Marble Hill Park and Heatham House, Twickenham, and we will be running an LGBTQ+ specific programme, as well as a general programme.
I have attached a poster with more details, including how to sign up. Please email hello@thewildmindproject.org to book.
