ENO Singing Sessions at the London Coliseum

Take part in singing sessions led by joyful and talented artists from the English National Opera !
Singing is more than just a melody; it’s a journey to wellness. Numerous studies highlight its positive impact on mental and emotional health. Whether you’re looking for stress relief, a sense of community, or a creative outlet, our sessions are designed with your wellbeing in mind.
Sessions will offer gentle warm ups, connecting body and mind and an exploration of the timeless themes and music of Mozart’s The Magic Flute.
No prior singing experience is needed – sessions are all about embracing the sheer pleasure of singing together and the wonderful benefits for our wellbeing.
Sessions will take place at the London Coliseum, St Martin’s Lane, WC2N 4ES on:
Friday 2 February 2024, 10.00 – 12.30
Wednesday 28 February 2024, 10.00 – 12.30
Friday 22 March 2024, 10.00 – 12.00 (Please note that this session will be taking place on the Coliseum stage and will involve other community groups)
These sessions are FREE to attend. Participants will also receive a free ticket to an ENO performance of The Magic Flute.
