Artist and somatic facilitator, Savannah Theis, is running a series of evening sessions researching creative ways of relating to our symptoms and body experiences. Exercises involving improvised processes like drawing, moving and interacting will guide embodying and expanding information within our symptoms, like a form of dream-work. There will be space for shared reflection.
