RedbridgeCVS is pleased to announce that funding has been made available for small and medium-sized charities, community groups and social enterprise organisations which are helping to tackle health inequalities in the borough of Redbridge.
The Redbridge Place based Partnership (a partnership of health, care, community and voluntary sector organisations and the London Borough of Redbridge) is committed to supporting the Voluntary and Community Sector to deliver services and activities that support engagement of residents to improve their health and wellbeing.
This is a pilot programme to support the delivery activities for community members around specific needs that have been identified across the borough through social prescribing; these needs are directly linked to health inequalities.
