Looking for people to share personal memories of North Kensington

Do certain places make you remember how you felt there … once before?

Are there places where you walk that trigger past or present feelings?

Can we make people laugh, think, feel, by sharing memories in our public spaces?

Through creative walking, talking, writing, voice recording, improvisation & play, we’ll explore the memories & feelings we have, once had or would like to have in our neighbourhood.  

Together, we’ll then create signs to mark these memories on our streets.

Workshops will create new relationships to our surroundings & will: 

• increase our sense of self & belonging
• find different creative ways to express our memories, feelings & voice
• explore body memory & how places make us feel

Free & open to all / come just as you are. No previous experience necessary

For the fullest experience we suggest attending all 6 workshops at either:

MAXILLA Space W10 6NQ, on THURS

FEB  10^th & 24^th             3.30-5.30pm 

MARCH 10^th & 24^th       4.30-6.30pm

APRIL   14^th & 28^th        4.30-6.30pm

The TABERNACLE W11 2AY, on SAT
