“Social prescribing” are words we are hearing more and more in regards to health- The idea of prescribing an activity rather than a pill. In Tower Hamlets there are some amazing people leading this service.

Our second public meeting for The Health Tree will be an opportunity to come together and celebrate how social prescribing works in Tower Hamlets. This event is for anyone with an interest in social prescribing and will include
