“Social prescribing” are words we are hearing more and more in regards to health- The idea of prescribing an activity rather than a pill. But what exactly what does that mean and how does it work in practise?
Our first public meeting for The Health Tree will be an opportunity to come together and learn how social prescribing works in Tower Hamlets. This event is for anyone with an interest in social prescribing and will include
