Grants are available to local not-for-profit groups for projects which engage vulnerable communities and support them in making decisions about their health in the eight boroughs of North West London.
Funding is intended to provide residents with information relating to health services in the area, with a particular focus on the following three areas:
- Vaccinations (flu and Covid boosters).
- Where to go (GP, 111 online, 111, Pharmacy, Urgent Treatment Centres, A&E).
- Self-care (general winter messages: stay warm, active, connected).
