Take part in the LAH annual survey

As a member of the London Arts and Health community, part of our role as a sector support organisation is to reach out to members and understand what is going well in your organisation and practice as well as understanding challenges you are currently facing.

Below we have provided a selection of broad questions that we would welcome feedback on, that will allow us to understand current feelings and issues. Based on this feedback, we will consider how this can be actioned and supported according to the aims of the charity. If you would be happy to join some focus groups based on thematic analysis of the survey, please can you leave your name and contact information, and we will be in touch with next steps.

These survey answers are anonymous. You are able to miss any questions you do not want to engage with. If at any time you want to withdraw from this survey or ask any questions please email us at: info@londonartsandhealth.org.uk Your email address will not be collected and no personal information held from participating in this survey, unless you choose to share this at the end for the purpose of the focus groups.
