Public Art Trail 2022 – Last Open Call

There are only a couple of days left to take part in Our 2022 Public Art Trail Open Call. This year’s theme is ‘Nourish’.

At the end of last year, Kensington + Chelsea Art Week (KCAW) announced their theme for 2022 – NOURISH – and the launch of the Open Call for our flagship Public Art Trail. This encourages sculptural (3D) submissions from locally-based curators, galleries, artists, artist collectives and organisations.  The application deadline is the 10th January.

In addition, we are sharing the names of the members of the Art Committee responsible for selecting the artworks featured in the trail. We receive over 100 submissions every year and the Art Committee has the difficult task of selecting which submissions will be displayed across eight or more zones of Kensington and Chelsea. The Art Committee changes every year and comprises innovative figures drawn from the area’s vibrant culture and media sectors, as well as local residents.

Stay tuned for the announcements or follow us @KCAWLondon, where each Art Committee member will be featured.  So far, we have announced the involvement of Stacie McCormickRyan LanjiCatherine Loewe and Seyi Adelekun.
