Description of services and support
The Bromley by Bow Centre is a community charity offering over 40 services and activities and a community research project. They are closely affiliated with Bromley by Bow NHS Health Partnership. The insights team works across their organisations and community to better understand, develop and share the Centre’s principles, model and learning.
How do they support the sector
The knowledge share and exchange programme communicates the learnings from the BBBC model. In their research and evaluation strand of work, there is a focus on the evaluation of community and asset-based work to support health as well as promoting the use of community engagement and citizen science to amplify the voices of the local community in research aims and priorities.
