AMICI’S ONE WORLD

Amici will celebrate their 40th anniversary with a week of events at the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith. There will be the new full company show ONE WORLD involving artists invited from all over the world and performances by these artists in the studio, an Open Workshop and films shown in the cinema.

OPEN WORKSHOP

Sat 2 July 3pm This two-hour workshop is a unique opportunity to take part in an Amici Dance Theatre Company workshop run by Wolfgang Stange and Amici members.

STUDIO PERFORMANCES

Mon 27 June 1pm – Dragon’s Heart & Dragon’s Soul from Wales and New Zealand’s Jolt Dance present performances from their repertoire.

Wed 29 June 1pm – Two cultures come together in this special event featuring Sri Lankan dancer Eluwana Mudiyanselage Pushpasiri and Scottish dance company Indepen-dance.

Thurs 30 June 1pm – Brio Theatre from the USA present an extract of The Real Me and Ich Bin O.K. from Austria will present one of their infamous hip hop dance workshops.

CINEMA

Fri 1 July 5.30pm A free screening of films from Amici’s repertoire of shows from the last 40 years.
