Description of services and support
SCHWep was created in 2019 by Southwark Council as a diverse network to promote borough-wide strategic approaches to culture, health and wellbeing. The network is open to anyone who is interested in addressing the health and social inequalities the borough faces using a more community-based, person-centred approach to health.
