Write your worries away
WriteWell Community have launched a FREE online journal that will help people write regularly. Research shows that writing for 10-15 minutes a day as a regular habit can make you feel better both mentally and physically.
You don’t need to be a writer — just willing to try something new. Clearing your head with writing is therapeutic and can help people to see issues from a different perspective.
It doesn’t matter what people write about. It can be about things that are on their mind, random thoughts, a diary or WriteWell provide prompts to help start a writing journey.
Research has found a whole range of benefits of developing a writing habit from reducing stress, improving headaches, clarifying your thoughts and improving sleep patterns.
The WriteWell daily journal can be used on a computer, tablet or on a phone. It will store what has been written so people can go back and see entries from previous days.
WriteWell journal has been developed by WriteWell Community which is an evidence-based online learning community which offers a fun and stimulating range of daily activities and courses in writing for wellbeing.
WriteWell is a unique low-cost resource to help make writing for wellbeing available to all.
